Communication to members about events from Dec 2019-April 2020

Dear lifters and coaches,
Important information about the next few months:
• SA Raw Championships in Potch from 5-7 December 2019. The deadline for entries is 11 November, after which no new entries are allowed, only changes to existing entries. Lifters must be affiliated for 2019 to compete. All 2019 affiliations need to be completed by the end of November. Affiliations for 2020 will open during December.
• The 2020 SA Equipped Championships have been moved to the weekend of 22 February, to be hosted by Gauteng. This is to accommodate team selection for the World Classic and Equipped Masters Championships now combined in April. Comp details to be published soon.
• The 2020 SAPF AGM will be held at the SA Equipped Championships in Feb, and this is an election year. All provinces need to have their AGMs before this as usual, and send their minutes to Cliff and Gail.
• The 2020 SA Bench Press Championships have been moved to the weekend of 21 March, to be hosted by Eastern Cape. Comp details to be published soon
• The 2020 Powerlifting Calendar has been published on the SAPF website. All provinces please send your Provincial champs schedule to Heather (HeatherJLeighton@gmail.com)
