NOTE: For this Application, Lifters must meet the following requirements:

1. Must have competed at the SA National Championships held in December 2019 in Potchefstroom

2. Must have competed at the 2019 Gauteng Powerlifting Championships and achieved the required qualifying standards. These standards can be viewed by clicking here.

3. Closing date for Applications is 27 December 2019

4. Colours can only be awarded to those lifters that submit an application
