 SOUTH AFRICAN POWERLIFTING FEDERATION - APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP (AFFILIATION):

By clicking the Accept Button, I acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions set forth in the Constitution of the South African Powerlifting Federation ("the SAPF Constitution").

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Scan and save a copy of your ID and have ready for upload. Make sure you have completed the ADEL Education Certificate Program, and have this Certificate ready for upload (valid for 2 years). See 'How to get started with WADA Education' under the 'Anti Doping/WADA Education' menu item.

2. Print, complete, sign and scan the Affiliation Form and have ready for upload. Option to complete and sign electronically is also available. (Click here to download and complete the Online Affiliation Form)

3. Click the applicable "Pay Now" button below to make payment either by eft, credit or debit card. If you experience problems in processing your payment, try a different web browser

4. Use the same confirmation email address as that used in the online affiliation form

5. Save a copy of your payfast proof of payment that you receive by email

6. Complete all the fields below with the requested information, making sure your email address is the same used for payfast

7. Upload your ID Document

8. Upload your completed Affiliation Form

9. Upload your proof of payment

10. Upload your proof of ADEL Education Certificate

11. Click the 'I Accept Button'

If 'Yes', which University are you registered with?

All members are required to complete the applicable WADA Education Program, and then submit their certificate (valid for 2 years) to the SAPF. See 'How to get started with WADA Education' under the 'Anti Doping/WADA Education' menu item. Select your applicable Program
