See below for the lists of lifters who have qualified to enter the SA Championships 2026 - as at 11/01/2026.

The qualifiers from the remaining Provincial Championships will be added to these lists after the Provincials. 
These are the remaining Provincial Championships at which lifters can qualify for SA Champs:

- Eastern Cape Classic Powerlifting Championships - 7 Feb
- Eastern Cape Equipped Powerlifting Championships - 8 Feb
- North West Classic and Equipped Powerlifting Championships - 14 Feb

Notes:
1. Winners of the 2025 SA Championships receive automatic qualification into the 2026 SA Championships, in the same age and weight category, to defend their title. 
2. If a lifter qualifies at a Provincial Championship, they are allowed to enter SA Champs in a different weight category, as long as their qualifying total is sufficient for the new weight category.
