Will take place on 11 September 2010 at Oxygen. Closing date for entries 11 Aug 2010. Entry fee R 150 per lifter.
Qualifying BLUE. If you have not done a BLUE total since GN 2090 you will lift in the Development Comp that will preceed the GN Championships.

Will take place on Saturday 13 March 2010 at Oxygen - weigh in 7h00, comp start at 9h00, entry fee R 50 per lifter.
Please let me know before 10 /3/2010 if you want to compete.
You must be affiliated to compete - first time lifters can pay a R 20 registration fee.
If you won your div at SA's 2009, you don't have to qualify. If not you must have done a comp after SA's 2009 and reached your qualifying total

Updated IPF Approval List
On 08. February 2010 there is an update of the approval list.
Due some manufacturers have not fulfilled their obligations, changes are as follows:
Pro Wrist Straps: all equipment is approved until 08. February 2010
METAL: METAL Viking Powerlifting Rack & METAL Viking Bench Rack approved until 08. February 2010
METAL: Squat Suits, Bench Shirts, Deadlift Suits and wraps are approved until 30. June 2010.
